When you use the request form, we collect your name, phone number, postal code, selected service type and the description you provide. Please do not include payment-card information, health information, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use it
We use request details to review the problem, understand the requested location and service type, contact you about the request, and, where appropriate, share the request with an independent local plumbing professional.
Independent professionals
If a request is shared, the independent professional may use the information to contact you about availability, pricing, timing and the work. Their work, estimates and service relationship are their own.
Keeping information limited
We ask for a postal code instead of a full address at the request stage. We do not need financial or health information to review a plumbing request.

We may update this page when the way requests are handled changes. The version available here applies to the information submitted through this site.
